He is survived by: his sons, Eric Dewayne (Tammy) of Lexington and Larry Steven (Jennifer) of West Liberty; his grandchildren, Tabitha Cortney Salyer of Ashville and Truman Storm Salyer of Nashville, Tennessee.; his stepgrandsons, Joshua Howard (Melanie) and Jeremy Howard (Amy); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Levi, Baylei, Bella and Cannan; his sisters, Gay Salyers (Jack) and Monice Vickers; and his pets, Jiggy, Lucky and Flicker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
