She was predeceased by: her parents, William Garfield O'Bryan and Mary Esta Woods O'Bryan; and her husband David Lee Mayhew. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert O'Bryan of Huntington, Billy J. O'Bryan of Paris, Kentucky and Betty Salyers of Columbus, Ohio. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
