She is survived by: her children, Melissa Castle and Robert Austin Ward of Paintsville, Kentucky; her stepsons, Robert Eugene Bowen and Donnie Bowen of Paintsville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Joshua Bowen (Ashley), Aleshia Borowski (Blake) and Stephanie Justice Flink; and her great grandchildren, Kashton, Caroline, Lincoln, Alora, Madison, Jonathan, Serenity and Cooper.
