She was predeceased by: her parents, George Holbrook McFaddin and Kandie Mae Tackett McFaddin of Southside; her husband Fred Willard McKenzie; and her brother Larry Ronald McFaddin. She is survived by: her nephew Jeffrey Thomas McFaddin of Staffordsville, Kentucky.; her daughter Judge Janie McKenzie-Wells (Frank Allen Wells, Jr.) of Staffordsville, Kentucky; her granddaughter Dr. Katherine Ann Wells of Columbus, Ohio; her brothers, Howard Thomas McFaddin (Mary) of Richmond and Phillip Lloyd McFaddin (Clotene) of Paintsville, Kentucky; her nieces and nephews, Dr. David McFaddin (Melissa) of Richmond, Kentucky, Wesley McFaddin (Karla) of Kevil, Kentucky, Gari Howard (Ray) of Chuckey, Tennessee, Gary "Bubby" McFaddin (Rebecca) of Georgetown, Kentucky, Brian Dean McFaddin (Cassie) of Lexington, KY, Jessie Trimble (Todd) of Staffordsville, Kentucky, Charles McFaddin (Jodi) of Lexington, Kentucky and Michael McFaddin of Staffordsville, Kentucky.; and also Kathy Rice McFaddin of Staffordsville, Kentucky..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (330 College St, Paintsville, KY 41240). A burial will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at the Highland Memorial Park (551 Kentucky Rte 2275, Staffordsville, KY 41256).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to be made to the First Baptist Church, 330 College Street, Paintsville, Kentucky.
