She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Pierce and Mildred Patton Barnett; her son Jeffrey Sutton Goggans; and her sister Sara B. Jolley. She is survived by: her husband L. T. "Bunk" Goggans; her son Phillip Neal Goggans (Jennifer Susan) of Paintsville, Kentucky; her sister Rebecca B. of Gadsden, Alabama; and her grandchildren, Joseph Goggans, Susanna Goggans, Rebecca Goggans, Elijah Goggans and Cole Goggans.
