She is survived by: her children, Deborah Lynn Blair Sturgill and Jerry Neil Blair of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; her sister Thelma Helton of Huber Heights, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Erin Christine Ward and Julie Ann Mollett. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and one great grandchild.
