He is survived by: his wife Sherry Blakeman Fitzpatrick; his daughters, April Ward of Richmond, Virginia Tackett (Amanda) of Van Lear and Elsie Cecil of Martin, Kentucky; his siblings, John Fitzpatrick (Bernice) of Asa Creek, William Fitzpatrick (Mary) of Rushsylvania, Ohio, Virginia Stout of Asa Creek, Barbara Blanton of Paintsville and Ann Oden (Gary) of Sumiton, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Airianna, Zahara, Jaeden, Blake, Caleb and Arilyn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
