He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy J. Sexton and Alma Mae Branham Sexton; and his siblings, Joyce Ann Baldridge, Doris Sexton, Deloris Sexton Hill, Phillip Samuel Sexton, William Vencil Sexton, Ernie Ray Sexton, James Douglas Sexton, Bobby Gene Sexton and Everett Lee Sexton.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Gail Fannin Sexton; his children, Gary Austin Sexton (Briana) of Martin, Issac Skyler Blackburn, Lucas Gage Blackburn of Flat Gap, Kentucky, Tiffany VanHoose (Bobby) of Flat Gap, Racheal Sexton (Nathan Preston) of Boons Camp, Kelly Sexton of Staffordsville, Heather Vaughn (Kenny) of Hager Hill and Khloe Addyson Blackburn of Flat Gap, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kennedy Vaughn, Kent Vaughn, Tyra Holbrook, Hudson Sexton, Natalie Preston and Maci Preston; and his brothers, Larry Keith Sexton (Margie) of Paintsville, Arnold Michael Sexton (Lisa) of River, Johnny Bill Sexton (Shirley) of Paintsville, Albert Estill Sexton (Tina) of Paintsville, Steve Ellis Sexton (Elizabeth) of Thealka and Troy Stanley Sexton (Marlina) of Thealka, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
