He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhinne Delzer and Madeleine Levesque Delzer; and his daughter Bitsey Delzer. He is survived by: his wife Eloise Reynolds Delzer; his children, Francis Warren Delzer of Camillus, Timothy Delzer of Knoxville, Tennessee, Julianne Delzer Burgess of Knoxville and Susan Raye Knight of Paintsville, Kentucky; his siblings, Lewis Carroll Delzer of Long Beach, California and Jeanne Delzer Haney of Durham; his grandchildren, Gabrielle Delzer, Nicole Harris, Helena Delzer, Benjamin Delzer, Sarah Kimbler and Jacob Cyrus; and his great grandchildren, Mahayla Kimbler, Harrison Kimbler, Coco Harris, Xavi Harris and Barrett Moore.
