She is survived by: her children, James Bernard Blair (Brenda) of Stambaugh, KY, Jerry Lynn Blair (Carla) of Staffordsville, KY, Deborah Blair Breeding of Staffordsville, KY and Wanda S. Blair Maynard (Roger) of Staffordsville, KY; and her sister Alma Spradlin of Denver, KY. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
