She is survived by: her husband Paul Richard VanHoose; her grandsons, Paul VanHoose and David Michael; and her siblings, Jim Martin of Stambaugh, KY, Larry Martin of Staffordsville, KY, Carol Pelphrey of Stambaugh, KY., Bonnie Pelphrey of Stambaugh, KY. and Jo Ann Martin of Stambaugh, KY.. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
