He is survived by: his wife Sheila Dianne Patrick Park; his children, Matthew Edward Park of Lexington, KY and Cherish Madison Park of Lexington, KY; his siblings, Donald Park, Jr of Louisville, KY, Michael Park of Hager Hill, KY and Melanie Starr Park Smith of Louisville, KY; his nephew Joshua Park; and his great-nephew Elisha Park.
