We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2021, at the age of 87, Douglas Wallen (Paintsville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Wallen and Thelma Walters Wallen. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sturgill Wallen; his children, Barry Wallen (Jani) of Pataskala, OH, Beverly Mattingly (Christopher) of Worthington, OH and Mary Saylor (Rick) of Knoxville, TN; and his brother David Wallen of Louisa, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
