She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Preston and Monie Castle Preston; her husband William Cecil Castle; her daughter Marcella Norton; and her siblings, Kenneth Preston, Douglas Preston and Willa Faye Grayson.
She is survived by: her children, Leon Castle and Gwendolyn Castle of Cincinnati, Ohio; her grandchildren, Michelle Maegly (Randy), Nenna Abrams, Cassandra Mollette and Maelynn Norton; and her great grandchildren, Nathanial, Jack, Harrison, Brentley and Lexi.
