He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul J. Lemaster and Gladys May Keaton Lemaster; his wife Emma Lee Ratliff Lemaster; his son Joshua Saylor of Leander, KY; and his siblings, James Lemaster (Susie) of Chillicothe, OH, Linda Carol Burchett, Francis Lemaster, Mary Moore and Brenda Long.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Preston Funeral Home (136 Main St, Paintsville, KY 41240). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
