She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Blair and Neva Lee Pack Blair; and her siblings, Lonnie Elwood Blair and Allene Blair Colvin. She is survived by: her children, William Guy Dozier (Allison) of Lexington, Kentucky and Barbara Gibbs (Daryl) of Berry, Kentucky; her sister Peggie Legg (Orville) of Georgetown, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Adam Ryan Gibbs (Emily), Haley Holts, Andrew Dozier, Carly Dozier, Wesley Short and Morgan Short.
