She is survived by: her sons, Vencil Lee Skaggs (Janet) of Flat Gap and Danny Skaggs (Tiffany) of Denver, Kentucky; her siblings, Betty Millard of Dayton, Ohio, Carol Bowman of Dayton, Ohio, James Riley Stamper of Knoxville and Caleb Stamper of Dayton, Ohio; her grandchildren, Lee Skaggs, Apryl Skaggs, Cole Skaggs and Holden Skaggs; and her great grandchildren, Nehemiah Skaggs and Abigail Skaggs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
