He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Lemaster and Marie Nelson Lemaster Ross; and his siblings, Billy Lemaster and Carol Miller. He is survived by: his children, David Michael Lemaster (Theresa) of Pikeville, Kentucky, Marsha Ratliff (Tim) of Pikeville, Emily Lemaster of Richmond and Elexis Lemaster of Paintsville, Kentucky; his siblings, James E. Lemaster, Roy V. Lemaster and Belinda Potter of Florida; and his close friends, Teresa Lemaster and Linda Fairchild. He is also survived by three grandchildren, six step grandchildren.
