He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Conley and June Lavender Conley; his stepmother Cora Mae Conley; his brother Oral Douglas Conley; and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Conley and Archie Spires.
He is survived by: his daughter Marissa Conley of Indialantic, Florida; his siblings, Delbert Conley (Vivian) of Flat Gap, Stephen Donald Conley of Wittensville, Kentucky, Connie Powers (Charles) of Flatwoods, Ethel Mollette (Denvil) of Flat Gap and Bonnie Spires of Mancelona, Michigan; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Conley of West Union, Ohio. He is also survived by seven nephews, four nieces, several great-nieces and nephews, and one great-great-nephew.
