He was predeceased by: his father Blaine Sexton; and his siblings, Donald Sexton, Paul Sexton, Denver Sexton, Shirley Timblin and Nadine Sexton.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sexton of St. Johns; his children, Twylla Carol Brown of Louisiana, Alyssa Lynn Hawkins of Atlanta and Cameron Sexton of Delaware; his brothers, Harold Truman Sexton of Santa Fe and Larry Neal Sexton of Jacksonville; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Brown, Drew Sexton and Cassandra Sexton.
