He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendrick Spradlin and Myrtle Daniels Spradlin; and his sister Earlene Skaggs. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Spradlin; his son Mark Spradlin; and his siblings, Kenneth Spradlin, Larry Spradlin, Ricky Spradlin, Ruth Huff, Nancy Keaton and Brenda Maynard.
