He is survived by: his wife Karen Stumbo Daniel; his children, Cecil Dale Daniel of Paintsville, J. B. Daniel of Nippa, Kentucky and Tara Witten of Bowling Green, Kentucky; and his brother Doug Daniel of Ironton, Ohio. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
