She was predeceased by: her father John A. Bohannan. She is survived by: her siblings, David Bohannan of Lancaster, CA, Mark Bohannan, Karen Wesley Bohannan of Higginsville, MI, Rebecca Carey of Danville, KY and Lisa Howard of Paintsville, KY. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
