He is survived by: his children, Duane Ratliff (Diane) of Harold, Mark Ratliff (Jill) of West Bend, Wisconsin, Lisa Bowen of Winchester, Leah Adkins (Tony) of Delaware, Tessa Ratliff of Louisa, Kimberlyl Blevins (Joe) of Warfield and Andrea Davis (Dewayne) of Paintsville, Kentucky; and his brother Paul Hansel Howard of Louisa, Kentucky. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
