She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucas Sparks and Ernestine Taylor Sparks. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Crabtree of Paintsville, KY; and her brother Robert Sparks of Miamisburg, OH. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
