He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Bush Ginter and Mildred Hart Ginter; and his sisters, Phyllis Carolyn Slife and Dianna Pearl Ginter. He is survived by: his wife Betty Carol Lewis Ginter; his son Darren Russell Ginter of Chestnut, KY; his brother Daniel Hayden Ginter of Bardstown, KY; and his granddaughter Chloe Morena Ginter.
