She was predeceased by: her father Ed Mayfield; her husband James Paul Blanton; and her brother Herbert Mayfield. She is survived by: her children, James Paul and Virginia Renee Hembree; her close friend Harold Lloyd; her siblings, Paul Mayfield, Clarence Mayfield, Rick Mayfield, Joan Livengood and Brenda Sue Dierh; her grandchildren, Kelsie Eldridge and Will Hembree; and her great grandchildren, Benji Wright, Colton Eldridge and Paityn Eldridge.
