She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Skaggs and Audie Rigsby Skaggs; and her husband Billy Joe Ratcliff. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Ratcliff, Bill Ratcliff Jr. and Richard Ratcliff; and her siblings, Ralph Skaggs, Mary Barker and Jane Boggs. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
