She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Bush Ginter; and her siblings, James David Lewis, Judith Ann Blevins Blair and Peggy Lewis Audas (Joy). She is survived by: her son Darren Russell Ginter of Chestnut, Kentucky; her brothers, Hillary Lewis (Pat) of Chestnut, Joe Lewis (Judy) of Sunbury and Jeffery Lloyd Lewis (Nancy) of Chestnut, Kentucky; and her granddaughter Chloe Morena Ginter. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
