He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollie Sparks and Edith Lemaster Sparks; and his siblings, Juanita Davis and Ernest "Ernie" Sparks. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Powers of Louisa, Isaac Powers (Shirley) of Chillicothe, Ohio and Tasina Sparks of Louisa, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Justice Schall (Kayla), Skyler Boerger and Gage Meek; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln Boerger and Ella Schall.
