She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fitzpatrick and Juanita Hannah Fitzpatrick. She is survived by: her husband Charles Arms; her children, Charles Edward Arms (Connie) of Boons Camp, KY, Sammie Ray Arms (Jean) of Richmond, KY, Bo Arms (Liz) of Paintsville, KY and Ronda Sue Keltner (Jeffery) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and her siblings, John Fitzpatrick of Hager Hill, KY., William Fitzpatrick of Ohio, Virginia Stout of Hager Hill, KY and Anna Oden of Suminton, AL. She is also survived by eight grand children and eighteen great grand children.
