He is survived by: his wife Gay Nell Mahon Amburgey; his children, Robert Allen Amburgey (Whitney) of Oil Springs, Kentucky and Rita Rebecca Tolliver (Johnny) of Paintsville, Kentucky; his daughter-in-law Amanda Caudill of Denver, Kentucky; his sisters, Barbara Sexton of Letcher County and Mary Amburgey of Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Tessa Amburgey, Nolan Amburgey, Camren Amburgey, Lincoln Amburgey and Harper Tolliver.
