William H. Strong Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William H. Strong of Paint Lick, Kentucky, born in Whick, Kentucky, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though William H. may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Henry Strong and Martha Jane Strong; his significant other Jeannie Woolum Strong; and his grandson William Gene Kelly. He is survived by: his daughter Billie Jean Kelly (Jimmy); his granddaughter Jimmi Lynn Watson (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Bo and Tyler Jean Watson; and his siblings, Thelma Jean Duncan (Max), Mary Lou Cox (Nelson) and Steve Strong (Brenda).
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eastside Community Church (2010 Catalpa Loop, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
