He was predeceased by: his parent Dana Lynn Stewart Maggard; his stepmother Jeanetta W. Phillips; and his brother George Ray Maggard. He is survived by: his parent Dale E. Phillips; his wife Donna Renee Moberly Phillips; his daughters, Jessica Pearl Nicole Phillips and Autumn Blaise Phillips; and his siblings, Timothy Raider (Loretta), Nicole Maggard, Sarah Maggard, Veronica Evans, Christina Harvey and Deborah Lynn Hatcher. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
