He is survived by: his sons, Phillip Shane Combs (Amber) and Mason Joe Combs; his siblings, Elma Michelle Embree (Freddie Lee), Randy Joe Combs and Ozzie Combs (Becca); and his grandchildren, Makayla Shay Horn, Brayden Douglas Combs, Raelynn Faith Combs and Addisyn Shay Combs.
