It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Merrill Packer (Paint Lick, Kentucky), born in Logan, Utah, who passed away on March 8, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Floyd M.. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Wiser Packer; his wife Helen M. Sady; his sister June Williams (Theo); and his children, Annette Dester (James), Cindy Kingston (Merrill), Scott M. Packer (Donna) and David W. Packer (Brenda). He is also survived by grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; a nephew and three nieces as well as many dear friends.
All memorial services will be private and, in lieu of flowers, friends are encouraged to make donations to a charity of their choice.
