He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Elmer Futrell and Rebecca Martin Futrell; and his sisters, Mary Ragains and Loudean Wells. He is survived by: his wife Fern Randolph Futrell; his daughters, Pamela Sue Treas of Lexington, Deanna Bazzell (Greg) of Paducah and Janice Whetstone (Hank) of St. Augustine, Florida; his grandchildren, Julie Treas Peach, Jill Treas Baker, Jessica Carfield, Reagan Carfield Berry, Jared Whetstone, Hayden Whetstone, Jay Bazzell and Amanda Bazzell Crawley; and his great grandchildren, Sam, Austin, Brett, Aiden Baker, Trenton, Cali Hurlburt, Stella, Addis, Kona, Violet Berry, Alexis, Campbell Bazzell, Jillian, Jocelyn, Joel Crawley, Kali and Alan Peach.
