He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Sue Adams of Paducah, Norma Reams of Stillwater, Alabama and Donald Clark Amis (Ginger) of Cadiz, Kentucky; his nephews, Terry Barton Amis, Kerry Don Amis (Cara), Jeffrey Lynn Adams (Renee) and Keith Reams; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ellie, Hattie, Brandy, Tiffany, Jessica, Troy and Coleman.
