Davis of Jacksonville and Kathy Holder of Louisville; his stepsister Debra Jane Baker; his grandchildren, Dagny Holder, Keira Holder and Finley Cook; his nephews, Todd Davis of Florida, Adam Davis of Florida and Ryan Davis of Florida; and his niece Molly Holder of Louisville.
