He was predeceased by: his wife Mary-Jo; and his parents, John Parks and Lottie Parks (Baker). He is survived by: his sons, Samuel Parks (Adeena), Clint Parks (Emily), Shawn Turner (Kerri) and Kenny Turner; his grandchildren, Anna, Aubrey Parks, Nate, Noah Martin, Peyton, Lucas Parks, Paxton Turner (Madison), Sayre and Maddox Turner; and his siblings, Debbie Minter (Ronnie), Keith Parks (Susan) and John Parks (Marcy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hughes Funeral Home (2975 Old Husbands Rd, Paducah, KY 42003). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
