Ruth Howe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Howe of Paducah, Kentucky, born in Lovelaceville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 9, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Willie David Holley; her former husbands, Joe H. Guess and Howard Troutman; and her husband James W. Howe. She is survived by: her children, Karen Gayle Troutman of Paducah, Kentucky, Sharon Barnes of Paducah, Margaret Troutman of Nashville, Marcie Troutman of Punta Gorda, California, Tom Troutman of Paducah, Jeff Howe of North Pole and Tim Howe of Illinois; her sister Mae Warren of Paducah, Kentucky; and her close friends, Susan Roberts and Penny McDaniels. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren; two nephews and one niece.
