He was predeceased by: his father Estil Lee Lacey; and his stepfather Bill Akers. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Akers of Louisville; his children, Chris Lacey (Jennifer) of Paducah and Heather Moore (David) of Paducah; his sisters, Sharon Goforth of Louisville and Janet Schrock of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Owen Lacey and Loralee Lacey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
