He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Crutcher and Juanita Crutcher (Salmon). He is survived by: his wife Tuky Crutcher of Thailand; and his sisters, Nita Rogers Deborah (Buck) and Robin Phillips (Bill). He is also survived by 3 nephews.
