He was predeceased by: his niece Olivia Mae Pickett; and his grandfather Charles. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Rhea; his children, Michael Lynn Wring (Rhea) and Andriah Woodford of Paducah; his parents, Juanita Hall Rhea of Paducah and Richard Rhea, Sr. (Rebecca) of Paducah; his brother Charles David Rhea (Michelle) of Arlington; his parents-in-law, Charles, JoAnn Wring of Bardwell and Marsha Burgess of Benton; and his siblings-in-law, Tera Guill (William) of Delaware, Jennifer Palmer, Griggs (Mike) of Eddyville, George Wring of Paducah and Clifton Griggs (Beth) of Eddyville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah (120 Memorial Dr, Paducah, KY 42001). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
