He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Hooker of Louisville and Hallie Hooker of Paducah, Kentucky; his granddaughters, Kendyl Edwards and D'Oria Shumpert; his sister Aimee Thompson (Buzz Vontezmar) of St. Petersburg, Florida; his nieces, Katelin Edwards (Daniel) of Florida and Kisten Thompson of Florida; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jack, Bella, Elsa and Elijah; and also Stevie.
