He was predeceased by: his parents, Pony Lykins, Sr. and Eula Faye Sansing Lykins. He is survived by: his wife Joann Conley Lykins; his son Dr. Scott Lykins (Tara) of Paducah; and his grandson Garrett Walker Lykins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah (120 Memorial Dr, Paducah, KY 42001). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
