It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Lowery (Paducah, Kentucky), born in Brookport, Illinois, who passed away on January 3, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Calvin Snelling and Cordia Lorine Allen Snelling; her husband Jack Lowery; her daughter Jacqueline Brooks; and her brothers, Alonzo Samuel Snelling and Allen Ray Snelling.

She is survived by: her son-in-law Wayne Brooks of Paducah; her sisters, Eurah Nell Wurth of West Paducah and Carolyn Sue Parrott of Mayfield; her grandchildren, Jeremy Brooks (Ashley) of Paducah and Andria Lynn Brooks (Jason) of Calhoun, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, James Brooks and Haley Brooks.
