He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottie P. Keeton and Billie Stokes Keeton; and his brother-in-law Danny Blair. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Blair of Shawneetown, IL, Dottie Carman of Rosiclare, IL and Leslie Shockley (James) of Salem, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
