She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Wilkins and Allie Carroll Wilkins; and her son Joe Ed Kelley. She is survived by: her husband Edsel Kelley; and her children, Diane Hines of Sharpe and Randy Kelley of West Paducah. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
