He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wallace and Dorothy Wallace (Watson). He is survived by: his wife Rene Wallace of Paducah; his sons, Jeremy Tate Winters (Jessica) of Princeton, KY and Jordan Wallace of Paducah; and his grandchildren, Dylan Gray and Kyndra Winters. He is also survived by 2 brothers; 2 sisters, several nieces and nephews.
